Emily leads Capacity Grant communications and provides logistical support across project work streams. She manages the Online Community for COEs, Capacity Grant website, and email list. Emily also provides facilitation and documentation support for peer learning meeting spaces.

Rosa supports information-sharing between DHCS Office Hours for cohort participants and the Capacity Grant. Rosa also provides facilitation and documentation support for peer learning meeting spaces.

I am the only one of my 4 siblings to have a middle name (Abigail – named after my paternal grandmother). I am named Rosa after my mom.
